BUFFALO (-12) vs NY Jets

  • Buffalo can climb to the 5 seed in the AFC with a win and losses by the Texans and Chargers, but the line move up from -7 to -12 indicates that the Bills are serious about playing their starters – although that could change if  Houston wins their game earlier in the day.
  • Bills head coach Sean McDermott said. “You’ve got the last game in Highmark Stadium here. That’s important to me; it’ll be important to our guys, to our staff. Then there are other things that come into consideration. It won’t be easy, but it is important that we have a good week here.”
  • Josh Allen suffered a right foot injury in week 16. He was limping occasionally last week against the Eagles. The market does not expect Allen to play the whole game; otherwise, Buffalo would be favored by around 17.
