Las Vegas (-2) vs TENNESSEE

· These two playoff squads from last year come into Sunday’s game both 0-2, but I would be hitting the panic button much harder as a Titans fan than for the Raiders.

· Ryan Tannehill had gained just 5.4 yppp in games without AJ Brown coming into this season and Tennessee’s offense is averaging only 4.8 yppl (27th) through the first two weeks now with Brown in Philadelphia.      

· Tennessee LT Taylor Lewan ranked 21st in pass blocking efficiency last season and now he could be out for the year.

· Titans rookie RT Nicholas Petit-Frere has no chance against Las Vegas edge defender Maxx Crosby, who has 12 pressures in two games (3rd).

· The Raiders have a league-low 1.2% sack rate but they’ve faced QBs with great pocket presence in Justin Herbert and Kyler Murray. Las Vegas should tee off on Tannehill this week.

· Davante Adams only gained 1.7 yards per target last week, but he will need to be the star of the show for Derek Carr lined up across from second-year cornerback Caleb Farley, who gave up 68 yards and a score last Sunday. Raiders WR Hunter Renfrow may have gotten a concussion against the Cardinals. 

· Las Vegas tight end Darren Waller is averaging 2.15 yards per route run (4th) but Tennessee’s defense allowed only 5.6 yards per target to opposing tight ends last season (2nd).

· The Raiders are net positive in yards per play while the Titans are -1.8 net yppl after two weeks and I think Las Vegas is rightfully a favorite. 

· Our model has the Raiders by 3.8 with a predicted total of 43.9.
