Central Florida (-6.5)  35   LOUISVILLE  30

Louisville opened their season with a resounding 24-43 loss to Mississippi before beating up on Eastern Kentucky last week. I don’t think the Cardinals are going to be as good offensively as they’ve been the last two seasons unless they find a rushing attack to compliment Cunningham’s passing and the Cardinals’ defense is mediocre at best (I’ll excuse them for giving up nearly 8 yards per play to Ole’ Miss, who has an elite offense).

UCF was better in their opener against Boise State than the 5-point winning margin suggests, as they should have won that game by at least two touchdowns based on the stats and my ratings alone would lean with the Knights in this game. However, Louisville applies to a 149-55-5 ATS early season home underdog situation that will have me leaning with the Cardinals.
