UTAH (-3)  30   Oregon  29

I thought I was going to lean with Utah at -3 or less but the math leans with Oregon plus the points. Utah has the better offense since Rising became the starting quarterback in week 4 but Oregon has a solid edge defensively when you take into account that Utah has faced UCLA and Stanford’s backup quarterbacks and also faced Washington State before de Laura took over at quarterback.
