North Carolina rebounded from their disappointing 0-2 start to their season with a resounding 53-23 win at Old Dominion last week. The Tarheels are clearly better with Chazz Surratt at quarterback and he is the clear cut signal caller after splitting time with LSU transfer Brandon Harris the first two weeks (game 2 due to injury). Duke has looked, particularly on defense (just 14.7 points per game and 4.4 yppl allowed) but my math calls this game even and North Carolina applies to a 48-17-1 ATS early season angle.
