MIAMI-OHIO (-17)  35   Bowling Green  17

Miami-Ohio’s offense is certainly better with Brett Gabbert back at quarterback the last 3 games and Bowling Green’s defense (just 0.1 yards per play worse than an average FBS defense) has struggled recently after allowing just 4.5 yppl in the first 5 games of the season, including just 3.2 yppl in their upset of Minnesota. The major issue is the season ending injury to their best player, DB Davon Ferguson. Bowling Green has allowed 93 points on 1046 yards in two games without Ferguson. I still don’t see much value even with an adjustment for Ferguson (and LB Brand) being out for the season.
