As I’ve written many times, teams that run an option offense are best at defending an option offense. That results in games being lower scoring than expected and the Under is 54-16-4 in games between Army, Navy, and Air Force.
The market has been adjusting for that trend the last 10 years or so, but the under is an even better 27-6-2 since 2014 in military vs military academy games.
As far as the side is concerned, the math favors Navy by 8.3 points but Army applies to a 30-10 ATS revenge underdog situation.
