Oregon State has only played one game so far this season and their 10-7 home win over Wisconsin doesn't look quite as good now that the Badgers have proven themselves not to be nearly as good as expected. I do think Oregon State is an underrated team (I had them rated #30 entering the season) but UCLA has been very impressive in wins over Rice, Nebraska, and Houston (3-0 ATS) and my ratings favor the Bruins by 10 1/2 points. UCLA also applies to a 24-4 ATS game 4 momentum angle while Oregon State is just 5-22-1 ATS in the first 4 games of the year when not getting at least 17 points (since coach Riley returned in 2003). I'd consider UCLA a Strong Opinion at -7 or less.
